The customizing of the application is done with the help of the module BGK-Basis-C. Processes and organizational structure are stored in the Excel file.
The module BGK-Basis-E is a kind of electronic stopwatch with the help of which the employees record their activities. Depending on the target group and workplace equipment, the application can be started as a separate program, in a browser or as an app for smartphone and tablet.
Alternatively, the key figures can be estimated by the employees, for example in staff areas. The BGK-Basis-S module is available for this purpose.

With the help of the BGK-Basis-A module the quality of the recorded data can be checked and the data can be evaluated according to processes and organizational units.
